Our son bought a house some three years ago and unbeknown to him, it had Japanese Knotweed in the garden, which I must admit, my husband, Mike, and I, had never heard of.
Our son went to work in Dubai, decided to put the house on the market and asked us to manage the sale, but once the Knotweed was declared, the sale felt through - this occurred on two occasions.
