A Counselling Service offering a safe, non judgemental and confidential environment separate from your daily life in which you, the client, can voice your concerns, in order to understand yourself better, your difficulties and your options for a change.
The direction and focus of the counselling is chosen by the client. My role is to support at times of crisis or to facilitate and support the process by which you explore, identify and work towards a chosen goal.
